1How do I find my prescription number and expiration date?

2Can I have someone else pick up my prescription?
Yes. Just bring us a print out of the Online Refill Confirmation page (do we have one?) or show it to us on your phone. You might also be asked to show a photo I.D.
3Can I fill a new prescription or refill for someone else?

The Senior Citizens Center is located at the corner of Miller and Indiana Avenue. The Senior Citizens Center is supported by the Town of Griffith and is open to Griffith residents only.
